I use OneDrive for Business now and sometimes it looses its brain and normal fixes like closing and reopening or rebooting don’t solve the problem. In that case the best way to fix it is to do a full reset of the OneDrive Application.
Quit OneDrive.
Go to OneDrive in your Applications folder.
Right-click the OneDrive Application and select Show Package Contents.
Browse to the Contents > Resources folder.
Double-click ResetOneDriveApp.command (or ResetOneDriveAppStandalone.command for the standalone app).
Start OneDrive.
You’ll have to complete the setup process again but this fixes most problems.
